Aline Morris Stiner age 84 of Knoxville passed away Friday September 11, 2015 at NHC Knoxville after an extended illness. She was a lifelong active member of Sharon Baptist Church, a devoted Wife, Mother and homemaker who will be greatly missed by family and friends She was a comforter, an encourager and along with her beloved husband a frequent visitor to the sick and shut ins of the community often with a warm loaf of her famous sourdough bread. She was preceded in death by her Husband of 63 years Harold Stiner, Daughter, Phyllis Elaine Stiner, Parents Raymond and Myrtle Evans Morris, Sisters Ruth Lynn Morris and Helen M. Weaver and Brothers Kenneth, Dick and Jim Morris. Survivors Mike and Wife Phyllis Stiner of Gainesville GA and Greg and Wife Tami Stiner of Knoxville, Grandchildren Ann Doug and Cody, step grandchildren Brittany and Brandon, 5 Great grandchildren and numerous Nieces and Nephews. The family would like to thank her very special friends since second grade Marian French for her frequent visits and for being a constant source of support and encouragement for many years and the staff at NHC Knoxville for the exceptional care given to our mother during her stay. Service 8 PM Monday at Sharon Baptist Church Dr James Robertson and Rev Mark McCoig officiating. Family and friends will meet at Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery at 1045 AM Tuesday for a graveside service at 11 AM In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sharon Baptist Church Building Fund.
