Alicia Dawn Vest-age 37 of North Knoxville, passed away peacefully at 9:10am on Monday, September 7, 2020 at home. She was a devout Christian who loved coloring and elephants. Alicia is survived by Special friend who loved her like a sister, Nicole (Donnie) Breeden. Sister; Rachel (Harry) Lichtenberger of Hawaii. Brother; Shannon Harrington of Ohio.
