Alice Darlene Houser

Ms. Alice Houser of Knoxville, passed away, October 13, 2020 in her home. She was a kind, loving woman, loved by almost everyone that she met. She retired from Fort Sanders after 37 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Geneva Amanns, and her brother Bobby Garner. She left behind her daughter and son-in-law, Emily and Reggie Walker, her granddaughters that she adored, Zy'Ona Nelson and Joelle Dabon, her sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Jerry Hopson, nieces and nephews, Michael, Mark and Michelle, her adopted nephew and close family friend Rick Wyrick, special friends Rebecca Smith and Rosalind George, and a whole host of work family and friends. She will be missed forever with a warm smile and a kind heart. There will be a service held at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City on Friday October 23, 2020 at 7:00 pm.
