Alberta Elizabeth Smith, age 82 of Knoxville, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2022. She is preceded in death by beloved husband, Harrison Ted Smith; son, William Scott Smith; mother, Ella Bingaman. She is survived by loving children, Loretta (Eddie) Smith and Patrick Smith; grandchildren, Holley (James) Solomon, Stacey (Brent) Kitts, Patrick Reed, Lonnie (Sara) Reed, and Kevin (Ashley) Long; great-grandchildren, Connor Solomon, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Solomon, Brantley French, Kash Kitts, Harrison Reed, Bryson Reed, Rose Reed, Taylor Reed, Falcon Reed, Kevin Long Jr., Rebecca Long, Rayne Long, and Gracelynn Long. Family and friends may call at their convenience 11:00am-1:00pm Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel. Family and friends will then meet 1:45pm at Mount Olive Cemetery for a 2:00pm graveside service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made toward the funeral expense.
