Alberta C. Bacon

Alberta “Didd” Carden Bacon, 88, born September 5, 1933, of Heiskell, TN went to be with the Lord on March 30, 2022 at her home with her loving husband and family by her side. Didd, as she was known by all her friends was a long-standing member of Fairview Freewill Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Fletcher and Nola Carden, her eight brothers and three sisters. She was the youngest of twelve. Survived by her husband of 69 years, James “Jim” Bacon, sons: James “Jimmy” Bacon, Joe Bacon (Sheila), and Jeff Bacon (Paula), seven grandchildren- Robbie Gosnell (Jennifer), Kelly Bacon (Brad), Lindsay Reagan (Dylan), Justin Bacon (Kelly), Hanna Bacon (Noah), Olivia Webb, and Ty Webb, eight great-grandchildren and plenty of car club and church special friends. Family will receive friends 2:00-4:00pm Sunday, April 3, 2022, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with service to follow at 4:00pm. Family and friends will meet at 1:45pm Monday, April 4, 2022, at Fairview Free Will Baptist Church, 135 Fairview Church Road, Heiskell, TN, 37754 for a 2:00pm interment.
